Review content:
We built a new house and AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring put in the carpets in four bedrooms and later our basement. Everything turned out perfect! There was one part where the threshold of the bathroom didn't go in until later and so it didn't quite line up. I wasn't even sure if it was their responsibility or the person who laid the tile, but they sent someone out to fix it.
What's huge for me is email and the person I was working with gave me an email address. It was very helpful to send a quick email. The communication was really good.
I would definitely use them again. The contractor we were working with initially sent us to a different company and I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I walked in. I asked the contractor if we could use AJ Rose. After, I recommended the contractor to use them in the future.
They were very helpful with selecting the carpet, setting it up, and throughout the whole process. The communication was great. Everything was on time and what we expected. I would recommend AJ Rose.
