Terrible customer service. Multiple times we tried to schedule an appointment to replace a Pool Pump ($700+ job). They never called us back to schedule or confirm a time or date. We had to call them 3 times. Finally, they were supposed to come to house on Wed 8/21. I stayed home from work for the appt. I called at 11 AM to see when & if they were still coming. The rude person that answered the phone said that the service tech had already been to my house. She claimed he knocked on my door, but I'm 10 feet from the door watching tv. No one called my phone - no one knocked and no one rang the working door bell. She basically called me a liar and got into an argument with me. NEVER give your $$$ to this terrible pool company. Go with Leslie's or someone that has an idea of what customer service is.
