Would love to say it was a great experience at 1855 E. Memorial Blvd. store 029532 in Lakeland , Fl. 33801. But I would be lying. The food was good but the customer service left me and my family feeling angry and humiliated.\r I went threw the drive thru and made my order. Upon leaving the drive thru I checked my order and notice I was missing a griller and had for got to order my young son's apple pie. I went in to the register and was greater by the cashier named April and told her of my mistake and the missing griller. \r She was friendly and a good cashier. She rang me up for the apple pie and told her supervisor Leader shift manger Mike about the missing griller showing him my receipt.\r \r That is when things went from pleasant experience to a humiliating and most embracing event. The shift leader Mike ask me to go rip the bag of food from my young son's hungry hands and sister's and prove to him that the griller wasn't in the bag. So I did as he asked. Then shift leader Mike and April the cashier and I checked the bag together and went thru the receipt. \r This included unwrapping my order.\r Mike the shift leader still wasn't satisfied he then in front of everyone in the store a accused me of leaving the missing griller in the car and trying to steal another griller.\r Now with my children crying outside. I told Mr. Mike the shift leader he was more than welcome to search my car and I would pay him for another griller for my son. And why would I be in buying a apple pie for my son because I forgot to order it if I was going to steal a dollar griller.\r \r I asked for his supervisors name and he refused to give it to me. He instead told me to call the 1-800 number. I then asked his cashier who the supervisor was and at that point Mr. Mike shift leader than said the supervisor's name was Timothy and he wasn't there nor did he know when Mr. Timothy would be in the store. I took down Mike the shift leader's name and April the cashiers names and let her know that I was doing so as she was standing beside Mr. Mike the shift the whole time. It was a nightmare and shift leader Mike was laughing as I went out the door telling me to have a good day. \r \r It is stupid I know but I can't get how he treated me and behaved out of my mind. It was without words the most unacceptable behavior and the worse experience for my family and I. Will never go back.\r Not someone that I would want to represent my company or lead my employees.
