I am very dissapointed with Keller Eye care, my entire family has been patients there for 2 years now and due to an unforeseen circumstance I was unable to keep one appointment with them. I received a bill in the mail for $50.00!! I asked them to fax over the paperwork that I signed agreeing to this outrageous fee and what they sent me said any missed appointments without notification would cost $25. I called to ask about the difference and was told they could raise their prices whenever they wanted without notifying any of their clients. In this economy I can't believe a company would be that shady. They also notified me that they have thousands of patients there, I hope they can ride out this economy with 4 less patients as we will not be going back to them.
