Review content:
This is the worst place I have ever lived and I have spent many years living in apartments. I knew it was an older building when I moved in but I didn't know maintenance was non-existent here. I was also lied to by the manager at that time that this was a quiet building and that it would be cleaned before I moved in. \r

The common areas are disgusting. The ceiling is always leaking for which their fix is to put air conditioner covers down to catch the water. Oh yeah, the leaks were through light fixtures too and they still didn't fix them. I would think that would be a big electrical red flag but nothing is really broken around here. I had a broken toilet and was told I would have to wait until the maintenance (I use that term loosely in this case) man returned on Monday to fix it so I had to go stay with people because I didn't have a toilet!!! \r

The noise level is unbelievable. You can hear everything and I mean everything. I'm talking about the neighbors talking, laughing, coughing, sneezing and snoring!! I don't think there is an insulation in this building what so ever. \r

The windows are rotted out and it is hard to keep the mold to a minimum. It is hard to keep the place warm during the winter and cool during the summer. \r

The only time people get kicked out is if they don't pay their rent so if you like to party, be obnoxious and disresptful to other neighbors than this is the place for you.\r

The halls also seem to constantly smell like weed these days too. The onsite manager and the leasing manager both knew and did nothing. If you try to confront the leasing manager with stuff she tries to pretend that she doesn't know and then says nothing when you present her with proof that she does.\r

The fourth manager is less than 2 years just started!! The managers can't even stand to continue to live here. What does that say?\r

The hot water is another thing. I'm lucky if I have warm (I said warm, not hot) for half of my showers. \r

Unfortunately, talking to management is pointless because nothing gets done except a bunch of lip service. If you are looking for a party place and don't care about safety and/or druggies than this is the place for you. If you care at all about your sanity though, run, don't walk, away from this nightmare of an leasing company.\r

P.S. I tried to give them zero stars because even that is being generous but it won't let me.
