Review content:
The maid was such a nice girl, I had to leave a bad review, but she couldn't clean worth a darn and the customer service from the office was terrible. A half hour after they were supposed to be here, we called and were told that they didn't know where she was and she'd get there when she got there.
She was here for 3 hours, but I could hardly tell. I had her redo some things, and still ended up going behind her to clean them again. Among other things, she didn't move the light furniture to vacuum (plus the vacuum she was using was already full), she didn't move any items to dust underneath them, so you could see where she just wiped around everything. When she mopped, she just soaked the floors and then put the rugs back with it still wet. There was no attention to detail, and it didn't seem like she ever went back to see if she had actually cleaned where she just was. I'm glad I had a Groupon--I would have been super upset if I had paid full price. If they were trying to drum up business with that sale...FAIL.
