Review content:
The service from the staff and the food was horrible at this location. From the moment we were seated the staff had such a nasty attitude. The booths were wet and we asked the hostess to wipe them. She came back with literally 2 paper napkins and wiped one seat and left. My friend had to go back and find her to wipe the other seat for her. The server we had Marisol had a no answer for everything we asked. Instead of giving us options or inquiring on our request her first response was NO. We wanted our Magaronas on the rocks and not frozen, she said we dont do that here. When we advised that the Lithonia branch does it. She then asked at the bar and we got our drinks as we wanted. We ordered Guacamole that we expected to be made table side. Again instead of asking us, Marisol just brought it already made. She then said Well why didnt you ask for it to be made table side. Then our check came and again instead of asking us anything. Marisol just charged away a totally different amount on our card. The Manager Beto came to the table and I swear this man has ZERO customer service skills. He had to be fresh from Mexico with a 2nd grade education. All he could say is who was going to pay the bill, he had no idea on how to speak to a customer. As an avid traveler to Mexico and other countries I know good food when I eat it and the food here is DISGUSTING. Everything is covered in a white yucky cheese sauce. The food seems to all be frozen items that they microwaved. I have never eaten a Tamales, Burrito or Taco as nasty as theirs. Even Taco Bell has better tasting food. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
