DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APTS!!! These apts. are nice to look at but not so to live in. The air does not cool, the summer has been mild and the apt is hot, and the furnace is very noisy and rusted inside. The roof leaks and they do nothing about it. The dishwasher smells like a sewer and they come and pour two cups of bleach in it, ask for your washing tablets and tell you to run it a full cycle and call it a day.(four times in six weeks) The leasing office women are liars, unethical, unprofessional and downright nasty. They put on a façade to make quotas off your hard earned money. When you sign it's all over. Their so called maintenance crew are glorified lawn workers. They are just short of being thugs for hire, they are young and dumb.. They come in your unit and steal any jewelry, money and prescription drugs they can get their hands on and go through everything in your unit.. They don't fix anything! They put a bandage on it. They make three or more keys to your unit and give you two. There have been break ins without breaking in. Check with Hazelwood Police Dept. It is all a part of public record. I've been here two months, and am only waiting for my lease to be up so I can get the hell out of here!! You have been warned do your homework! Wish I had.
