FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, COMPASSIONATE...Insurance is a hard concept to grasp, and Harold and his team always take the time to explain every coverage and detail to me in a way that makes me understand it. Aside from that, they always make me feel like they truly appreciate my business. I have yet to have a claim, but I know someday it could and quite possibly will happen. But I have a friend who had a claim and Mr. Campbell came to their house as soon as he could to assess the damages himself and provide them with guidance and support throughout the process. Dealing with a local agent and a small business with a family feel is how I will always continue to handle my insurance, especially with Harold Campbell.\r
