I went to McCormick & Schmick's in Anaheim. I have paid with two gift cards that had remaining balance of $20. McCormick confiscated the wrong gift card with remaining balance on it. I have tried resolve it directly with them, and they ignore me. Therefor I have filed BBB Complaint. Consumer beware when use your gift card with McCormick, make sure you are not rip off with them being too lazy to their job correctly.
