I have never had such a horrifying experience with a child care center. I have three children who have all attended a child care at some point of their childhood. We have been very fortunate to have always found great child-care facilities. We just recently moved to the area (herriman) and needed to find a child-care center for our youngest daughter who is 5. They had transportation to and from her school. I travel for work, and much to my surprise, I received a call from my daughters elementary school 30 minutes after school was out informing me that my daughter had not yet been picked up by Tesoro. I was out of town at the time. When I called Trsoro, I was told by a teacher that the owner was out to lunch. My husband went to the facility to find out what had happened that day, and the owner just simply said ""I made a mistake"". She took no accountability and made it sound like it was no big deal that she forgot to send the driver to get my child. This conversation happed AFTER my husband waited in the office for over 5 minutes because the class room next to the office had NO adult (with approximately 15 children) supervising them. I would say it is dangerous to send your child here! \r
