Fast delivery! Great food! I ordered the Jerk Chicken with beans and rice with a side of cabbage. Chicken came on the bone and was super moist. Cabbage wasn't mushy like I was expecting but obviously Nicole's Caribbean knows how to handle veggies! The red beans and rice was so tasty too. I ordered a bunch of sides: Eggplant, spinach, collards, and pumpkin. The eggplant was probably my favorite. It reminded me on Eggplant Bharta with a spicy, smoky flare. Absolutely amazing! The sides are so cheap and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. So impressed! Will definitely order again. Everything was great!
