Unfortunately, I had a horrible 1st experience *and last* with Good Times Party Rentals. I had a party on Sept 14th and had a bouncie delivered. I didnt think to check in the bouncie because I assumed it was sanitized and cleaned as they state in their website. When the first children arrived and entered the bouncie- I heard screams and learned that there were not only dead frogs in there but also an old green mylar balloon from a previous party. I was appalled and humiliated to have this happen at my party. I called GTP rentals and after 3 calls, finally received a response from the owner apologizing and promising a full refund. I understand that mistakes can be made, and perhaps that was bouncie was missed in cleaning. GTP assured they would take care of this and I was told they would be at my house the following morning with a full refund and I NEVER heard from them again. Despite several phone calls. I would advise anyone looking to rent moonwalks/bouncies/waterslides, etc to stay FAR away from these people. They provide filthy items and then do not keep their word. Very poor way to do business!
