A rock popped up on me while I was driving along the highway and completely shattered my rear passenger window. Luckily, I have tints so the glass miraculously stayed in one piece. I called up SAG, the owner Pablo answered the phone, was friendly and precise as too his scheduling, told me he could even show up that evening or the next morning if I wanted him to. The next morning, he gave a follow-up call confirming the part needed, our appointment, and letting me know his whereabouts. He called/showed up on time, performed the replacement quickly and efficiently, and even lended some pointers about other aspects of my car that I needed fixed due to his extensive all around car knowledge. He Vacuumed the car, moved quickly while explaining the process as he went along. It's clear that he's been doing this a long time, and he values his customers. The price was amazingly low compared to other places I had gotten quotes from and the service/care was worth 3 times what he charged. I don't want to jinx myself, but I would go to him again if the time comes. Great guy, great company.
