I came in cold. I didn't know what mover to use and so I looked in a phone book and picked out Beal's Moving. It might have been the color of the ad; I don't know. I went to the internet to check them out and they had such a good website I said, "Anybody with that good a website is worth trying." So that's how I picked them out: on the quality of their website.
Every time I called them after that I had a quick response. I had some odd requests to make and they never quibbled at my odd requests. They were pleasant all the time. The quality of the people who came out to do the work was excellent as well. The ones I got the chance to talk to were interesting people. They're hardworking and pleasant. I can't find any fault yet, and I don't expect to.
