Long story short, paid $1500 to have the timing chain tensioner on my truck fixed, brought it back to them the next day because THEY caused an oil leak, 1 week later it broke again because their oil leak caused the timing chain to snap, they had it towed back 1 month later, now 8 months later they STILL DID NOT FIX IT!!!! BBB already informed, Mark refuses to give me the insurance information so I can submit a claim. On hold with them now for over 2 hours because I refuse to hang up.
