Dr. Boggess saved me from the misery of smoking. I smoked for over 40 years and tried every possible method to quit and failed every time. My doctor recommended Dr. Boggess, and I quit smoking with her in just one session. I tried another hypnotherapist a few years ago and it didn’t work and now I know why. Dr. Boggess personalized her hypnosis for stop smoking especially for me. She asked me many questions and explored my smoking habit so that she could understand my smoking problem completely. She then hypnotized me personally and gave me a disc to listen to of my session with her. The other hypnotherapist I tried just talked to me briefly and then had me listen to some generic tapes made for everyone which didn’t work. Today is the one year anniversary since I quit smoking and I don’t miss smoking at all! Thank you Dr. Boggess for helping me quit, and thank you for helping my husband quit too.
