Excellent hypnotherapist, I have lost over 60 pounds since I have been working with this hypnotherapist. She helped me get control of my eating habits and now I eat healthy like I always should have. I tried everything before this and nothing worked for me, but after just three sessions I was on my way to healthier eating. Not only do I look better but I feel way better. Dr. Boggess also cured me of my insomnia which had plagued me for decades and was attributing to my overeating. She really cares and is clearly the most educated hypnosis practitioner in the area with over 50 diplomas on her walls. I highly recommended her to anyone needing hypnosis.
