DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. HE HAS MADE SO MANY ERRORS ON OUR PLANS THAT HE REFUSES TO REFUND A PORTION OF THE SERVICES DUE TO HIS MISTAKES AND THERE IS CONCERN ON HIS CREDENTIALS. HE STATED HE HAD A LICENSE BUT IT ENDED UP BEING A BUSINESS LICENSE AND NOT ONE THAT WAS THROUGH THE STATE. SO THERE IS SOME CONCERNS THERE. DEFINITELY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORD AND BACK TRACKS ON WHAT HE AGREED TO DO. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. BE VERY CAREFUUL WITH THIS PERSON...HE MAY HAVE REFERENCES BUT THEY ARE WITH COMPANIES THAT HE DOES BUSINESS WITH. HERE IS MY CERTIFIED REFERENCE..DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO DO ANY WORK WHATSOEVER. SCAMS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT DO QUALITY WORK OR HAVE INTEGRITY ENOUGH TO ADMIT WHEN HE HAS DONE WRONG
