Businiess name:  WESTMED Medical Group

Review content:
We had a great doctor but the fact that our doctor joined Westmed means that we will be searching for a new one. I have NEVER had a good experience with this group from their urgent care (really!) to all else. The nurses and administrative staff are so arrogant, not to mention that there is no longer attention given to the patient -- just another number to them or should I say, more dollars for them.\r \r The only good experience I have had lately with this group is actually their Client Relations person, Kevin Keiser. Now, he is excellent. And I mean that. Unfortunately, when you end up going to him, it's usually because you are at your wits end with the arrogance and attitude of others who work there. I went to him as a result of some questionable ways of working at the office. He will certainly go out of his way to rectify the situation and is so pleasant. West Med got one thing right at least.
