RPM did a terrible job managing our property. They claimed to do a comprehensive background check on perspective renters. The renters they selected for our property were later found to have been evicted from the house they rented just prior to ours. After a year they stopped paying rent and it took 3 months to evict the from our house. We ended up losing over $8000 in rent and several thousand more in repairs. All of this because RPM failed to perform the thorough background check that they promised. The contractors selected by RPM also seemed very expensive and performed low quality work. There are better companies out there, I recommend that you go with one of them
