Last night was my first AND last time to attend a concert at BMC! The staff was rude and ineffective. My son was not allowed re-entry to his seat after using the restroom. He was unaware that his ticket had to accompany him. He told the staff that he could produce his ticket if they followed him to his seat, they refused. He finally had to go to guest relation and have security escort him back where i could produce the ticket. We had great seats in section 13, but why bother with seat assignments, when everyone and their brother stood in front and around our seats. During the last intermission, I went to purchase water, only to be told that they had already counted them for the night, and they were no longer for sale. Really? So I had to walk away from at least 40 bottles of ice cold water on display and drink from a bathroom sink. Upon leaving, my car was surrounded by no fewer than 30 beer bottles..glass bottles. ugh...never again. Massive Fail.
