Review content:
The architectural design and aesthetic appeal of 20.21 are very in line with other Wolfgang restaurants (Spago, red seven) but, unfortunately, that's where the dining experience ends. The menu is limited and isn't kept up to date online. The tables are very small and obtaining a window seat is next to impossible even if requested a week in advance. While the staff is accommodating and friendly, the service is incredibly slow and not at all fluid. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to get two drinks and 40 min to have food served. On top of that, the food is subpar excepting the Spoon, cube&cherry dessert, which is phenomenal. I would go back solely for that dessert, with different staff and provided the dessert is still available.
