Recently moved here from Los Angeles, which is over saturated with the Wolfgang Puck empire. I was resistant to trying this place...but I can't DENY IT. The food is superb, the setting in the museum is really beautiful, but it is very loud, so don't come if you need to have an important conversation. The sashimi was smooth as butter, the miso marinated fish was delicious. Presentation, service, food quality. The restaurant is seriously top notch.
