Customer service. I met Diana Adams at FloForm when I visited the showroom to shop for my kitchen. I had heard that they carry one of my favorite counter tops, Vetrazzo. It was enough to get me in the door, but then I stayed because I was completely impressed with Diana's knowledge of the industry and customer service. She is after all, an interior designer. She is incredibly helpful because she's been specializing in kitchens for years. When you work with Diana on a project you will work with her from start to finish - template to completion. She takes the time to get to know you, she even comes to your house for a consultation and brings samples along! If you're in the market for a remodel or a simple refresh, then I would encourage you to visit FloForm and talk to Diana Adams. She is great to work with!
