I recently tried out theRound Rock store, and I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. The woman that assisted me was just not very pleasant. She not only snapped at me, but I believe she assumed I was a young kid jerking around the store because she was very rude and short with me when she said ""ID?"" I am 30 and even if I was younger I still deserve adequate customer service. \r
I never write these sort things about a business, but she really bothered me. I usually go to Vino Vino in Austin, but wanted to try out Grapevine. I will never return. I will keep going to Vino Vino so that I may be treated like a valued customer. \r
Pros: they sell all kinds of spirits
Cons: rude staff!
