Review content:
Our infant daughter's first and last day was a horrible experience. The staff was not prepared for her as they did not have a drawer or a crib ready. They seemed very flustered and understaffed the day we brought her in. At noon we returned to check on her and she had obviously been laying in her bouncy seat crying for a while. Her face was beat red. In fact, one worker said that she was a crier. SHE IS NOT!!! We stayed to calm her and feed her and witnessed the infants not being treated as they should. The workers would just place them in their bouncy seat and leave them. One boy was placed on him tummy and left alone. Another had spit-up on himself and no one came to clean him up. Luckily our daughter will never remember this, but we will. Don't make the same mistake!
