Norman's Glass = SHYSTERS! I had them replace my cracked windshield, preferring a more local company. BIG MISTAKE! The first sunny day after they installed the windshield, I noticed scratches in it, front and center on the driver's side. I called them right away and they asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. AFTER saying they couldn't find the scratches, I pointed them out. Then they said the thoroughly inspect every piece of glass they install. HAH! They couldn't even find the scratches without me showing them! Then they said it must have happened after they installed it. Really? Was the glass THAT CHEAP that it wouldn't last a week? And they're scratches, not cracks. Why and how would I scratch my windshield there? Safelite is going to replace it. They have a one year warranty. Apparently SHYSTER NORMAN'S doesn't even have a 7 day warranty! Word to the wise, if the company doesn't have reviews that are easy to find, do business with another company. A few bucks could have saved me the hassle, big time.
