You couldn't find someone better to do your job than Val Birardi and All Star Production. I'm a general contractor as well, and I buy homes out of foreclosure and have them redone. I never would use someone besides Val, and I have used others before.
I know how to bargain, and I can usually get between 30-50 percent off on prices. Val, through his relationships and the good quality of his work over the years, can get me another 50-60 percent off after that. He knows everyone, is friends with everyone, and he always does what is best for his customers. He is a quality human being and a tremendous contractor.
