The management here are the rudest group of people I've ever met, this kind of attitude starts at the top, it was not an isolated incident.
First, if you don't have a check stubs, or W2's good luck qualifying. I tried and tried to get on the lease with my boyfriend, gave them bank statements for several months that showed consistent income, but they would not accept it, they only take the ""ending balance"" of your bank statement.
I thought they were always rude to me because I wasn't on the lease, but later found out that this is the way they are to everyone.
In addition, as cjacja stated in another review the fees they slap you with when you leave are absolutely inappropriate. We were stuck with a bill of almost $1500 when we moved and there were only two of us living there. I did everything they asked me to when we did the pre-move walkt hrough, and I agreed to have them clean the place and the carpet in addition to replace a mirror, so we knew we have at least $500 in fees but not $1500!!
Stay away if you can!
