Review content:
I originated my search via Auburn VW's website. I chose a 2012 Passat SE and had my financing set already through BECU. Overall, this was an almost completely seamless transaction. I drove the car, and 1 wk later called the Internet-Sales back to visit and buy the car. I did not know that BECU partners with Auburn VW, so that if you are pre-approved, VW can access the BECU system for your loan. I hardly had any paperwork, and everyone from the Internet Dept, Finance and delivery were very helpful. Once I arrived, the entire process took approx. 1.5hrs. I was not in a hurry, but this by far the FASTEST car-buying transaction I have had in a long time. Also, the price of the vehicle was very fair, and "no haggle" and the reason why I chose to buy @ Auburn VW. The only "down side"; I feel they should not charge a "doc fee" of $150. This is just "padding" the vehicle price in my opinion. I did not contest the fee because the car was such a great price/value, ALTHOUGH I told the sales dept if this was a brand-new car, I would not pay the fee. I would recommend this dealership for buying a vehicle and also I have used the service dept which has been helpful with my previous VW.
