I heart Kim Hanson! I have been going to Kim for my hair cuts every 6-8 weeks for about three years now. Kim is a trained professional. She always takes the time to understand what I want and need before we even shampoo. As she cuts she continues to ask questions and explains what she is doing a why. I appreciate that she respects that I don't want to spend a lot of time on my hair so she will give me an easy maintenance cut and takes the time to show me how to style it. I love that she respects that I am a creature of habit, but will suggest little changes that gives my same old style a new fresh look. I have not ever had bad service from, left unhappy with my cut, or was unsatisfied with any aspect of the appointment. I highly recommend Kim!
