Review content:
Several weeks ago, in an effort to enhance my job search I contacted The Porter Group. Soon after, Kelly Renzi called me to schedule a meeting in your office. \r
During our first meeting, Ms. Renzi reviewed my resume and made several suggestions for improvement. We also discussed the current job market and my career expectations. After I made the suggested resume revisions I submitted it to Kelly and she explained the process she follows while finding and contacting possible job matches.\r
\r
A few days later Kelly contacted me to discus a possible opportunity with Total Site Solutions (TSS). During the conversation, I told her that I was interested in pursuing the job because the required skill set and experience was a great match for me. Soon after, Kelly arranged for a telephone interview with TSS. I assumed that after the interview process began Kelly's obligation in the process was satisfied but, from that point until the end she stayed 100% fully engaged in the process. She called me before each interview to offer perspective and suggestions. She also asked me to call her after every contact I had with someone from the company. With each turn, she continually offered encouragement and suggestions. There were a few occasions when I became frustrated with the slow pace of TSS's interviewing process and I assumed that it was indicative of their lack of interest. Kelly helped me better understand the process, offered encouragement, and kept me focused on the next meeting. \r
\r
Throughout the process, I honestly felt that getting offered the job by TSS was just as important to her as it was to me. During the weekend before TSS's offer, Kelly stayed in constant contact with me as she was receiving updated information from TSS about the possible offer. When the offer was made I felt happy for her because of the amount of time and effort she invested in helping me. \r
I can say without reservation that I could not have found a greater career opportunity that fit my skill set and salary requirements than the position I was offered at TSS. I'm equally sure that without Kelly's involvement I would not have secured the same opportunity with TSS on my own. I will gladly and enthusiastically recommend Ms. Renzi to any sales professional that I know who is looking for a new career opportunity.
