BUYER BEWARE!!\r
I feel very sorry for anyone who has purchased a mattress from these people! Most people come on here and write a review right after they have purchased their mattress and yes everything goes great at first. Just wait until your mattress is 6 months old! This is by far the WORST mattress I've ever owned. I purchased one of their most expensive sets to ensure that I was buying the best quality possible and wow did I get screwed! The mattress has two huge pits where my wife and I sleep. I weigh 190lbs and my wife weighs 115lbs. wE HAVE TURNED THE MATTRESS ABOUT EVERY WEEK. The mattress was so comfortable at first. The problem is they use very inferior products that break down very dramatically and very quickly!! and their warranty is so air tight that I don't see how anybody will ever be able to return/exchange/ replace a mattress from these people. Let's put it this way it says a 3"" sag in the mattress is normal!! Really?! Think about that for a minute. 3"" sag! We spend all night climbing up the hill in the middle of our mattress where it isn't sagging. Neither of us sleep for more than two hours at a time. I basically threw $1500 down the drain for this garbage product! I feel so passionate about how bad their products are that I feel like standing in front of their store and warning everybody to please not make the mistake that we did!! My kid got a little stain on the mattress so now we're stuck with it. I haven't had a good nights sleep in a very long time!\r
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I ABSOLUTELY PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE SO VERY DISSAPOINTED IF YOU PURCHASE ONE OF THESE CHEAP MATTRESSES!!
