Review content:
I have been to MANY dentists over the years with multiple dental problems, including 3 years with braces. Painful visits, unfriendly dr.'s, and even a cut lip when one dentist ""slipped"" that almost sent me to a plastic surgeon left me dreading and avoiding the dentist unless I was in major pain. \r
\r
After moving to the Richland area, I chose to visit Dr. Presley's office because of the location. He did such a good job that I continued to go to him. He was so gentle and personable that the horrors of previous dentists gradually became a distant memory.\r
\r
And so being very loyal to Dr. Presley, I was reluctant to let the new dentist that joined the Richland Dental Group, Dr. Hilary Craddock, have a shot at my mouth. But since I was in pain, and Dr. Presley wasn't available, I took a chance and made an appointment with her.\r
\r
I wouldn't have thought any dentist could do an even better job than Dr. Presley, but I am now completely happy to claim Dr. Craddock as my new favorite dentist. (don't tell Dr. Presley!) She is so sweet, and GENTLE, and I felt NO PAIN at all during major dental work (an extraction, plus a temporary bridge, all in one shot!). She made sure she got extra imprints (is that the right terminology?) so that my bridge will be perfect. She was concerned that my money be well spent on the best I could get. Now how many dentists act like they care about your pocketbook?!?!?\r
\r
All that to say that I VERY HIGHLY recommend the Richland Dental Group for your dental care. If you are already a patient there, do not hesitate to let Dr. Craddock into your mouth. I promise, you won't feel a thing!!! I have always felt that dental care was a necessary evil, but the Richland Dental Group makes it an almost pleasant experience! :)
Pros: Very friendly, gentle, and competent. Best dental experiences I've ever had...
Cons: Well, it is still going to the dentist!
