they just got fired from managing our complex due to their ineptitude. the reviews i'm finding today are actually nice compared to what our real life experience has been with them. now that they have been fired from our complex, they are calling tenants and threatening them. we've lived here for about a year, but the girl from the office that called to threaten me today kept saying that we've lived here since january. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN THEIR TENANTS MOVE IN!!!!! there have been two occasions where i've had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with trisha callies, the owner. the first was there a plumbing problem that we had been promised would be fixed when we moved in. that never happened. i came home from work one night to the toilet overflowing. we only have one bathroom in this apartment. i called the emergency # for the complex. this woman, and i use the term lightly, told me to use the bathroom in a vacant apartment until they could send someone out in a day or two. (no, i'm not joking about this). the 2nd time i spoke with her was earlier this month. i have called the office # repeatedly but never get a return call. this time i was tired of waiting for the repairs to be done (like a back door that does not lock and hasn't since we moved in) and i called her cell phone. she chewed me out like a misbehaving child, called me every name under the sun, and screamed at me that i was never to call her cell phone. Needless to say, I am very happy they are no longer involved with our property. Thank you Jesus for chasing the devil away!!!!
