Review content:
Unique Campus Rentals is the worst rental company I've ever seen. When I moved in, the floors were so filthy my feet turned black, there was a condom on the floor, a moldy bong, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and an extremely dirty oven just to name a few. It was almost as if the old tenants had just moved out. We were assured that the apartment would have been cleaned by the time we moved in but that was obviously not the case. The place was disgusting. During a storm, my ceiling formed into a balloon of water from a leak in the roof. An employee came over, poked the water balloon of a ceiling and it popped and went everywhere. It took at least 2 weeks for them to come and fix my ceiling. They were rude and very unhelpful. While I still had a full day to move out, the rental company gave the new tenants keys to my apartment even though they claim to change the locks. The new tenants were able to get into my apartment while I still had my belongings there. After a year of complications we were able to move out, but not before we meticulously cleaned the apartment and shampooed the carpets. One of the employees came to check our apartment and assured us we would get our full security deposit back. However, one roommate was charged $90 to ""clean and deodorize"" the carpet. Others were charged for ""carpet cleaning"" as well. Ray is the definition of a slumlord. They do not help students like they claim to, they just screw them over. I will ALWAYS discourage people from renting from them.
