We just had our wedding reception for 250 people catered by Ritz Catering at the Diamond Bar Community Center. I cannot say enough good things about them. Let me first say that I was VERY SKEPTICAL in the beginning after reading a couple of negative reviews that had been previously posted. I will be the first to say that I think they are a professional and caring family owned business! We ended up doing a tasting and the food was great! We booked with Jarrett at Ritz and we were so excited. He was always there and answered all of our emails and calls. Our wedding day was PERFECT! The event supervisor that Ritz assigned to us was so nice and accommodating to us. We felt so bad for one of the staff because we had a family member throw up all over one of the tables and one of the servers did not even hesitate to start cleaning it up and then he re set the table. The food was even better at the wedding than at the tasting which we could not even believe. All of our family and friends are still telling us about how good the food was. Every thing was the way we wanted- the cake, the food, the appetizers, the toast, even the table linen colors. I will refer Jarrett and Ritz Catering to anyone I know! They made all the difference at our reception!
