Even DON'T dare to go near his shop, I took A pair of new heels to him to shorten the heels, first I measured the heels before I take them, he charged me $20 and when I got them I noticed that he didn't touched them, I measured the heels and they were the same, so I took them again and told him you even didn't touch them, he said he did and he said OK leave them, when I went to get my shoes today I noticed that again he didn't touch them, so I told him why he again didn't touch the heels and he told me if I want them shorter I have to pay $20 more because these are not the same shoes, I was so choked, I told him what are you taking about, he said that's it, either pay $20 more or leave, he said I'm lying and are another pair of shoes, this man is truly an animal, if you want him to rip you off go to him. I never saw anyone like him, he's the worst.
