Dr. Ziegner is a true professional who cares for her patients enough to help my friend who was having an.. allergic reaction into her office after hours on a friday night. Did I mention that he was a Kaiser patient ? Not only did she not bill him she called me to check on him and thank me for urging him to see a doctor. \r

But you can not compare Dr. Ziegner to most other doctors because she is more thorough than 90% people in this field. While I think most people have been trained by doctors to spend eight minutes with them and then leave with some pills, she really wants to take a detailed report of your personal medical history. This is why tell people to allow at least two hours for a really caring, smart, understanding, knowledgable, doctor who will follow up and follow through with all of your medical needs. \r

I could go on for days about the number of people who I have reffered to her who have been very happy to have had her call them on a Saturday night and open her office to see them on Sunday morning. \r

It makes me very sad to see poor remarks with out names because Dr. Ziegner is the type of person who would take constructive criticism and really find a solution.\r

In addition to me being a big fan my 12 year old and 10 year old are also very aware of extra care we receive at Riviera Allergy Center. \r
