Unreliable. After scheduling a full house carpet cleaning over a week in advance, I was called the morning of the cleaning and told that they would not be able to clean my carpets that day. My husband and I had spent quite a bit of time moving all the furniture off the carpet and the house was not livable for any length of time because of it. We also had a party scheduled which is why I called in advance and picked the date and time that I did. I also choose the time and day because of my work schedule.\r

The person that called didn't offer any explanation or seem to even care that this was a huge inconvenience and problem for me and my family. She just giggled and said ""Sorry.""\r

I was very fortunate to find RestoClean out of Nampa. These people were kind and empathized with my situation. They came out at the exact time NF&I was supposed to come and charged me less. \r

Don't waste your time with NF&I.\r
