All of us who do a great amount of traveling know that rarely we find a hotel that meets all our needs, but are happy just know that the bed you sleep in is clean and the cups they put out there for coffee are clean. Well beware! three out of the four cups for coffee were dirty with lipstick still on it and one cup cracked all down one side of it. The pillows had that funky smell of body odors and seemed to have been just pull back tuck for the next guest. The bathroom sink was broken and very awkward to move around. The counter person was very nice and I do realize that it isn't their fault of what the housekeepers do or do not do. That's up to management to correct as it is only as good as they are.\r The next day I check in to another BW in Syracuse and what a difference! The sheets were fresh and crisp, the room smelled clean and resturante was great. \r So BestWestern is 50/50 for me. Diffently will not be staying in the one of Watertown. Pros: Friendly greeting Cons: housekeeping skills
