Do not ever rent here. This place is a joke. You are not a priority to them. You are a paycheck. If you have anything that doesn't work or breaks down in your townhome they do not care and will not fix it. There is nothing but ghetto trash running around the entire complex with no assistance from the management team to get rid of these people. Loud music, drunk ignorance, drug dealing and children 10 and under running all over the parking area all hours of the night. Parents NOT being parents but making sure they are living it up with their section 8. If you are not section 8 you are ignored. I have been here 2 years and can not wait to leave. They attempt to keep it nice and clean on the outside but cant keep up with the trash renters and stuff is falling apart on the inside of the homes. Look for somewhere else to live. This is ghetto in a nice neighborhood. Very sad
