4 Above & Beyond Moves w/MCM!!\r We have used Music City Movers 4 times now, starting in 2008: twice for my husband and me and twice for our daughter and her family. We cannot recommend them enough! They call ahead to let you know they're enroute, arrive early, scope out the entire move, and get to work with a professional, friendly, can-do attitude. \r Our move in 2008 involved downsizing from a large house to a temporary 2-story townhouse PLUS moving furniture into multiple small storage facilities. The second move involved moving us into our new, smaller, 2-story home PLUS taking furniture to the homes of TWO relatives who'd agreed to 'try out' some of our furniture. The 3rd and 4th moves were for our daughter. \r This last move wound up being the ""move from hell""---not because of Larry, LJ, Rico, Ralph or Matt---but because the new apartment had soaking wet carpet. They advised against moving anything in on the carpet and OFFERED to come back the next day, SUNDAY, their day off, to move our daughter into her apt. We all assumed the carpet would be dry. It was NOT dry. The 4 guys, 3 of them brothers, cut up Hefty garbage bags and put them under all the items going on the wet carpeting. Our nerves and patience w/the property managers was stretched to the hilt, but LJ, Ralph, Rico, and young Matt kept reassuring us that all would be okay. They finished in record time, even miraculously moving in 2 sofas that were too wide for the door. Before they left, my daughter and I were giving them hugs of gratitude. (My husband was overseeing her 3 children and pets.) Their bill was less than we'd expected with all of the downtime due to meeting w/maintenance men and managers at the complex. IF and when any of us moves again, we will OF COURSE use MCM for the (5th) move with them. THEY ARE THE BEST!! \r Debby P. and family\r
