Review content:
I made an appointment with Dr. Ferrara as a new patient and was never given the chance to see him. Instead I was seen by a physician assistant, whom I had actually thought was a Dr. He came in with a long white coat and saw me for about two minutes.
I think that if they are going to have a PA see me instead of Dr. Ferrara, whom I made my appointment with, it should be fully disclosed when the appointment is being made.
