Alan Beard is an outstanding Chattanooga Criminal Defense Lawyer! The Chattanooga Police Department detained me for a DWI because my BAC was over the legal limit. Mr.Beard took my case to trial and I was found not guilty. Mr.Beard also won my driver's license hearing, in which I never had any form of license suspension. I owe Alan everything, including my job, which I would have lost if I had been convicted of any of the charges that Alan relieved me of.. The entire staff of his firm are friendly, smart and hard-working. I give this law firm my highest recommendation, i would not be where I am without them. Thank you again Alan!
