On a day trip from Richland Wa. to Merry Hill museum, we found ourselves stuck along side the highway with a bad wheelbearing and major collateral damage. We live in Snohomish WA., our hotel was in Richland and we were broke down near Biggs Oregon! Along came Brock Parker (due to a call to AAA Wash. and a transferred call to AAA Oregon). He got our truck to Legacy Ford in Pasco Wa. And could not have provided us with more professional, courteous, useful help. He then delivered us to our hotel in Richland, before returning home! App. 260 mile round trip just for our call. Thank you Brock. Chuck, Diana and Lisa
