RUN! Do not order any custom furniture here! Worst experience ever and I've furnished dozens of homes. It will take many months longer than they promise to complete your order. YOU will have to call them over and over to get updates, and if you're lucky enough to reach them, they will lie to you. Repeatedly. When you finally get your pieces, many months late, they will most likely be wrong and here's the worst part: no apology, and they will refuse to correct their mistake. They are NOT furniture designers; they are INCOMPETENT salespeople. They take the measurements, then when the order is wrong, they will BLAME YOU, afterall you signed their paperwork (which is illegible). Shame on me for trusting them to measure correctly. You will be out thousands of $$ as you will have to order the piece you originally wanted from somewhere else. They will then NEVER return your calls or email. They drop celebrity names to impress you, but unless you are Paris Hilton, trust me, the level of service you will receive is abominable. This was the most stressful process I have ever encountered, and I'm stuck with 2 useless pieces of furniture now.
