MJ Connolly also did a complete driveway for me. Two weeks after, my concrete contractor cut into the completed driveway and revealed that there was only a 2"" wear coat and no binder course. My contract clearly stated that they would install a 2"" binder and a 2"" wear coat. I contacted Connolly that day for them to see the work first hand before the concrete was poured. Even though their location is 2 miles away he didn't show. I did however take pictures. He finally did come out and assured me my driveway would last. 7 years later and nothing but cracks. I did try to contact them with my complaint. 5 months later with no response, I requested a quote on a new driveway. WOW! they were there in two days!! Bill there so called problem solver ( per there web site)showed up and without me telling him who actually did the previous work couldn't believe that it was cracking that way. I then informed him that it was his company that did the work and showed him the pictures. His response was, and I quote"" I'm ashamed and embarrassed that my company did this work"". He took the pictures with him to show the owner and still no response. Finally after 3 attempts with BBB he did show and blamed the cracking on the asphalt sealer company??? Typical. Now I have to take him to court. Buyer beware and supervise all work completed by this company.
