When I called after dinner last week, I got their answering service. My call was immediately transferred to Tom at Action Appliance Repair. I was not expecting to get my washing machine repaired the next day but, Tom stated he could come and repair my washing machine first thing in the morning. He arrived at 8:15am and was very professional. We had coffee and he gave me a good price to fix my washing machine which needed a new pump and he already had the part with him. He completed the repair and the total charges were justifiable and realistic. The washing machine has worked perfectly since the repair. Thank you for a great 5 star service experience.\r
